Life is about making the most of every moment. The gift of our life is the gift of time. What is time? Time is the present moment which we get to experience right here, right now. We only have the present moment. The past is history and the future is nothing more than the present moment. The future is Now. There is no light at the end of the tunnel unless we shine our light right now in this very moment.

We can chase happiness or we can choose happiness right now. We can chase our dreams or we can create and manifest our dreams right now. We can hope to feel better next week or we can choose to feel better right now. We can hope that our financial situation gets better next month or we can choose to make it better right now. It is all about the Now.

All of us have the opportunity to live our lives fully in every moment. A Great Life is a life of seizing the moment and molding it and shaping to joyfully create our desired experiences. What is a desired experience? It is a pleasurable present moment. Isn’t amazing that we only have the present moment? What we think, feel and do in this present moment determines whether we are going to be happy or sad, rich or poor, nice or mean, healthy or sick, in love or out of love, etc, etc. etc.

I would be remiss if I did not mention that a Great Life is also a fulfilling life that comes from taking every opportunity to make another person’s life better. When your dreams are bigger than you, you become a shining star on the world all around you. Dare to dream big and make the world a better place. When you enrich the lives of others, you are also enriching your own life. Happiness is always connected to the spirit of service and giving.
