Life and personal growth is a journey. I have on the path of self-growth for many years. I have always been inspired to find out what makes us ticks in these human bodies and how we attract circumstances in our lives.

Through reading many books and attending many workshops I was able to learn many principles about connecting to our most powerful selves. The challenge I have always had was applying these principles in my life. I would read a book, get all excited about the contents and then I would be right back to my real-world reality.
